Much like a regular appointment in the clinic, the Physiotherapist will ask relevant questions and have you perform some movements to help determine the appropriate home exercises for you to complete. The Physiotherapist will email you the exercise program and allow you time to review it and ask any questions.


Massage Therapy- Chair

Daniela is a graduate of the massage therapy program at Medix College and a member of the CMTO and RMTAO since 2013.

Over the years, Daniela has worked in a few different clinics in the KW area that all had different specialities. This has given her valuable experience working with different types of clients from athletes and body builders to office workers to children and pre/post-natal massage. Because of this, her style of massage varies depending on her clients and their needs. She uses a therapeutic approach and enjoys performing deep tissue massage when tolerated but can also treat with light and moderate pressure using general swedish massage techniques for relaxation massage. Some of her skills also include treating different types of musculoskeletal conditions and concerns such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome, facet joint irritation, TMJ issues, headaches, migraines and general muscle tension. She also has her cupping certificate.

Daniela likes helping people and takes pride in her career. She finds it very rewarding as she sees the impact and benefits of massage therapy and how much it can improve an individual’s well-being.

Yuanhua Liu, Ph.D., (Bachelor of Medicine, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine; Master’s and Ph.D., Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese medicine), was an Associate Professor at Chengdu University of TCM, and an associate Chief Physician in the field of acupuncture and Tuina therapy at Sichuan Provincial Hospital of TCM.

He had been teaching both the undergraduate and graduate TCM students for over 15 years, Mr. Liu also has treated over 60 thousand patients since 2007, and had served as an expert consultant over thousands clinic cases for his residential students and colleagues. Jessica completed her Masters of Science, Physiotherapy program in 2016 at McMaster University, and a Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, minor in Nutrition at the University of Guelph in 2013.

Since graduating, Jessica has furthered her Physiotherapy education by completing post-graduate courses, which include level 1, 2 and 3 Manual Therapy Levels, certification in Soft Tissue Release, Concussion Management and Acupuncture Therapy.

Jessica has also obtained her Pelvic Health Certification through the Pelvic Health Solutions Program. Education and training has focused on treating and assessing patients with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and prolapse (Level 1, 2 and 3 courses). In addition, she has completed courses focusing on pregnancy and the pelvic floor, assessing and treating pelvic girdle pain, and diastasis rectus abdominis and the implications for low back and pelvic health.

Anita has been a physiotherapist since 1999, graduating from The University of Western Ontario. In her 25 year career, she has taken extensive continuing education courses to improve her skills and help her practice. Anita has achieved internationally recognized qualifications in hands-on manual and manipulative therapy by becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She has participated in extensive post-graduate education in the area of orthopaedics.
